Research Programs

Our research activities are funded through a range of sources including NH&MRC project grants, ARC linkage grants with industry partners including hospitals and clinical agencies, government agencies, professional organizations and philanthropic trusts.

Research projects undertaken in the School have led to the implementation of best practice guidelines for aspects of clinical nursing care, development of curricula in nursing that are responsive to the changing needs of the healthcare sector, and establishment of policies for agencies in relation to workforce issues.
