Time commitment

In most cases, Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma students attend classes one day per week and are employed for up to four days per week. Classes are scheduled on Wednesdays, with some additional full day study days, to facilitate this arrangement.

Masters level classes are taught in a variety of modes, including online, intensive and weekly campus based classes, to allow students maximum flexibility to work and study.

Study day timetables for the current year are available on the Specialty and Advanced Practice notice board.

You will be required to undertake personal study, write assignments, prepare for examinations and review your clinical practice in addition to attending classes. You are expected to devote approximately 6-10 hours per week to each subject.
